Paul Butterworth is a contemporary painter working in hard-edged geometric abstraction. His work has been recognised through national selection and exhibition, including the CCA Galleries Emerging Artist Award (2026) and consecutive selection for the Jackson’s Art Prize Extended Longlist (2025 & 2026). He was also shortlisted for the RISE Emerging Artist Prize in both 2025 and 2026, and was a previous winner of The Graduate Art Show, Vanner Gallery, Salisbury (2025).
