A bright abstract with sharp edges and saturated colours. This captures how I felt as a young man on a summer evening fishing the River Wharfe in Yorkshire — the golden light, the air cooling, insects dancing over the water, and a lazy trout rising beneath an overhanging willow. A yellow wagtail bobs on a rock, while a dipper slides beneath it.
